What?
Worsley InstituteSM and The Healing Order are working together to present the ongoing collaboration between Judy Worsley and Heiner Fruehauf regarding the Spirit of the Points.
In November of 2021, Judy and Heiner explored the Bladder official and the Spirit of the Points of Bladder (III) 1-12.
This July, they will continue the discussion and help practitioners deepen their understand of the points on the Bladder Meridian.
Participants will be given an opportunity to view clips of the November 2021 seminar in advance of the July event so that all Registrants are able to benefit as much as possible from the time together.
Judy Worsley began studying with her husband, J.R. Worsley, in 1973 and worked closely with him until his death in 2003. She has dedicated her life to Worsley Classical Five-Element AcupunctureTM which is truly a Way of Life. The Spirit of the Points is essential to the practice of this system of medicine. During these two days, she will share her profound clinical understanding of the featured points.
Heiner Fruehauf has studied East Asian Civilizations and Chinese Medicine for over 30 years. Having spent numerous years in China studying in both institutional settings as well as with specific lineage teachers, he brought this knowledge back to the United States to revitalize Classical Chinese Medicine. During this program, Heiner will share his some of his research, knowledge of Classical Chinese, and passion for understanding the characters and the points.
Appreciation of the Spirit of each acupuncture point requires exploring the Chinese characters, their translations, and the cultural context. During this program, Judy and Heiner will engage in dialogue which will help deepen our understanding of the points and thereby enrich our practice of this profoundly beautiful medicine.
Where?
The course will be held as a hybrid seminar with options of attending In-Person or through a Live Webinar. For those attending in-person, the session will be held at the beautiful home of Heiner Fruehauf in Corbett, OR.
For time zones that make attending the live webinar inconvenient, the course will be recorded and available for 1 month after the course.
