Leadership
Executive Committee:

The Executive Committee holds full governing authority for WI™. It sets strategy and policy, hires and oversees leadership, and retains exclusive fiduciary and financial authority, including budgets, expenditures, contracts, intellectual property, and organizational commitments. Meets with Judy Worsley, the President of Worsley Inc. (“Winc” is the S-Corp founded by JR and JB Worsley in the 1980s), to maintain alignment between the entities.

This team, composed of the Executive Committee, the Operations Coordinator, and the President of Winc, meets weekly to ensure the implementation of WI™'s mission.

Provides guidance and input to support WI™’s mission. Meets as needed.
Officers
President:
Serves as Chief Executive Officer and, subject to the authority of the Executive Committee, provides leadership for the educational and fiscal affairs of the Corporation and overall supervision of its activities.
Vice-President:
Supports the President and Executive Committee and performs the duties of the President in the President’s absence or incapacity.
Treasurer:
Oversees financial administration, accounting integrity, reporting, and compliance under the authority of the Executive Committee.
Secretary:
Maintains official corporate records and minutes of Board meetings, issues required notices, and ensures proper documentation of Board actions in accordance with the Bylaws.
Directors
Worsley Institute Training (WIT)℠ Director:
Oversees all WIT℠ programs, ensuring curriculum integrity, faculty coordination, student progression, and alignment with the mission and policies approved by the Executive Committee.
Worsley Institute Service to the Earth (WiSE)℠ Director:
Oversees WiSE℠ events and messaging within the strategic direction established by the Executive Committee.
Social Media Director:
Manages the social media presence in collaboration with JADE.
Administration
Operations Coordinator:
Responsible for implementing all aspects of WI™ operations, as instructed by the Executive Committee.
Administrator:
Assists the Operations Coordinator and the WI™ Officers in conducting all aspects of WI operations.
